All telecom services are provided through partnered network operators and subject to their terms of service. simcardstore does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, as it depends on the telecom operator and network availability.
3. User Responsibilities Provide accurate details (such as KYC, email, and contact number) as required by Indian telecom regulations. Do not use the App or eSIM services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and securing your device.
4. Payments & Refunds, All payments for eSIM plans are processed securely through approved payment gateways. All purchases are non-refundable unless required by Indian consumer protection laws. Prices are shown in United Stated Dollar (USD) and may vary depending on your region or telecom provider. simcardstore is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or third-party technical issues.
5. Intellectual Property The App, its content, features, design, and branding are the intellectual property of simcardstore and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws in Grenada. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
